Today’s the day! All the Dark Souls is available now, ya’ll! 😀
This 1st book is currently available as an ebook, and the hardcover edition will be available within the next couple weeks with paperbacks to follow next year. Since we’ve finally embarked on creating physical copies, my other books will be following suit shortly. 🙂 Audiobooks will also be following afterwards, though I’m not going to promise any dates because I’m honestly just trying to get back on track. It’s been a hell of a couple months!
Since I’ve been silent here for a bit, I should explain what’s been going on behind the scenes. On a professional level, editing and marketing a new book plus designing the dust jacket for the hardcover has eaten away some of the time. And that’s not to mention that I’ve been slowly but surely plotting and writing the sequel to Dark Souls that is planned to come out next May. Though this book be little, it is fierce!
On a personal level, one of the reasons for all the silence is that I got married. 🙂 It was a beautiful, small wedding at a cute Victorian mansion, and it was everything I had wanted. ❤ However, before the Big Day, I had a family emergency and then vehicle issues, which made things a little crazy leading up to it. I was told that if things go haywire before a wedding that means the wedding itself will be perfect, and thankfully that proved to be true. 😀 Also mixed in with these life events were all the book stuff, keeping up with work deadlines, and the normal day-to-day shenanigans. Overall, my candle has been fully burned at both ends. 😛
But now, after all the fiascos and book/wedding/work stuff, these next couple months will definitely be the “happily ever after” period, especially since the wedding is over, the next book has been released, and I can finally get back to writing again. **NaNoWriMo, here I come!** So while I may be a little MIA again over the holidays, its really because I’m just trying to make up for lost time. 🙂 On top of the to-do list is finishing the sequel and 3rd book to Dark Souls, and then onto the continued hashing out of Benighted’s 3rd book, which a title reveal will be coming soon.
